Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are made by us in Llanddona, to order. This ensures minimal waste and is better for the environment.

Items take up to 14 days to be made and sent and will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.

If you would prefer to collect your items from Llanddona please contact us before ordering via email or social media, if you need an item urgently for a special occasion then feel free to contact us to see if we can help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We endeavor to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not please contact us via the contact page and one of the team will be able to help you. Due to the bespoke nature of our productions, we can only accept returns where there has been a manufacturing fault, either with the garment or decoration. Please return faulty goods to us within 20 days of receipt for us to investigate. Please note the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to ‘personalised goods or goods made to a consumers specification’.

We are unable to accept returns due to issues with sizing or colours. We supply items from a number of manufacturers and all of these will have slightly different sizing to one another.
